| 1) I can't find the answer to my question. In fact, I don't even see my question. What do I do? |
Go to the home page and fill out the feed back form. Select "Web Site Feedback" and type in your specific question in the "Comments" section. Make sure you enter the security key in the "Visual Validator" section below the comment box.
Then click the "Submit Feedback" button. You should an answer within 24 hours. |

1) Log-In:
How do I login? |
Click the blue "Ross Alumni" button on the upper leftt hand side of our home page below the banner. You'll be redirected to the UM Unified Weblogin. You'll need your Michigan Unique Name and Password. After successful login, you'll be redirected back to Ross Chicago homepage.
Don't have your Michigan Unique Name and Password? Click the blue "Ross Alumni" button and follow the directions to establish your login credentials. It takes just a moment.

2) Screen Name:
I want to change my screen name. |
At the top right of the homepage next to the "Hello" greeting is a link called "My Account". Click that and the "My Account" page will load. In the middle section of the page you'll see several tabs - "My Account", "My Profile", "My Membership", "My Orders", and "My RSVPs". With the "My Account" tab selected/clicked you'll see several sub-menus - "Snapshot", "Change Password", and "Change Screen Name".
Click the "Change Screen Name" link and follow the directions to update/change your screen name |
3) Your Profile

After you log-in the Ross Alumni button changes to Profile last updated with a date, You can click on the Profile link and go directly to your Profile and make the changes desired. |

1)Update My Profile:
If I update my information here at RossChicago.org, will I also have to log-in to the Ross School Alumni site and change my personal info there as well. |
The short answer is you won't have to.
With this new site, RossChicago.org (as well as all other Ross Alumni Clubs). In the same way that your PDA can sync up its calendar with your computer's version of Outlook, our site database will sync up with the Ross Alumni database back in Ann Arbor.
